Every freight customer must designate their Outbound Shipping or Return Freigt instructions for proper timing and handling at the close of the show.
Freight Exhibitors have 3 options for Outbound Shipping:
Option 1: Exhibitor will carry out all equipment for exhibitor vehicle at loading dock.
Option 2: Exhibitor selects Carrier and notifies Expo Event Productions of scheduled pickup (not recommended)
