All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise specified.

3. Equipment Rental Conditions 3.1. Equipment availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking. Images and descriptions on the Website are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual equipment. 3.2. You agree to use rented equipment solely for its intended purpose and in accordance with any provided instructions. 3.3. You are responsible for inspecting equipment upon delivery and reporting any issues to Expo Event Productions within 24 hours. 3.4. Damage to or loss of equipment due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized use will result in additional charges, as outlined in the rental agreement.

4. Pricing and Payments 4.1. Prices displayed on the Website are for reference only and may vary based on event specifics, rental duration, or additional services. 4.2. All payments for rentals must be made in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement. 4.3. Late payments may incur additional fees, as specified in the rental agreement. 4.4. All prices exclude applicable taxes, delivery fees, or other charges unless explicitly stated.

5. Cancellations and Refunds 5.1. Cancellation policies for rentals will be outlined in the rental agreement provided after a quote is approved. 5.2. Quote requests may be canceled at no charge before a rental agreement is signed. 5.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the rental agreement and applicable law.
