Shipments of common freight and crated exhibits will be received at the Expo Event Productions warehouse and stored up to 30 days prior to set-up date, delivered to booth at start of show. Minimum charge of $144 for first 300 LBS. Subsequent $48 per 100 LBS charged CWT.

Every freight customer must designate their Outbound Shipping or Return Freight instructions for proper timing and handling of equipment at the close of the show.
Freight Exhibitors have 3 options for Outbound Shipping:
Option 1: Exhibitor will carry out all equipment for exhibitor vehicle at loading dock.
Option 2: Exhibitor selects Carrier and notifies Expo Event Productions of scheduled pickup (not recommended)
Option 3: Purchase Premium Outbound Freight
