These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of freight and logistics services ("Services") provided by Expo Event Productions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to you ("Customer," "you," or "your"). By engaging our Services, requesting a quote, or accessing our website (www.eventexpoproductions.com, www.expoeventproductions.com, www.exporentals.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1 - Scope of Services
  • We provide freight transportation services for advanced storage in our warehouse prior to show transportation and we also provide show site transportation for those not looking for advanced storage.

  • Services may include but are not limited to shipment booking, tracking, documentation, customs brokerage, and insurance options, as specified in your service agreement or quote.

  • All Services are subject to availability, carrier schedules, and external factors such as weather, regulations, or force majeure events.

  • We act as an intermediary between you and third-party carriers; we also operate and utilize our own vehicles to transport freight to and from our warehouse and show sites.

2 - Quotes and Pricing
  • Quotes are provided based on information you supply (e.g., shipment details, weight, dimensions). Any inaccuracies may result in adjusted charges.

  • Prices include base freight costs but exclude taxes, duties, fuel surcharges, accessorial fees (e.g., for liftgate or residential delivery), or customs fees unless specified.

  • Quotes are valid for [e.g., 30 days] from issuance and may be revised due to market changes.

  • All payments must be made in [e.g., USD] via approved methods (e.g., credit card, wire transfer). Invoices are due within [e.g., 30 days] of issuance; late payments incur interest at [e.g., 1.5% per month].

3 - Shipment Responsibilities
  • Your obligations include accurate shipment details, properly package goods, comply with labeling requirements, and ensure items are legal for transport. Hazardous materials must be declared in advance per applicable laws (e.g., DOT regulations).

  • Prohibited Items: We do not transport illegal, dangerous (unless pre-approved), or perishable items without proper handling. A full list is available upon request.

  • Pickup and Delivery: You are responsible for preparing shipments for pickup. Delivery times are estimates; delays do not entitle refunds unless due to our gross negligence.

  • Inspection: We reserve the right to inspect shipments for compliance. You authorize us to open packages if required by law or safety concerns.

4 - Liability and Insurance
  • We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits, consequential losses) or issues arising from your negligence, improper packaging, or force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics).

5 - Cancellations and Modifications
  • Cancellations must be requested in writing at least [e.g., 24 hours] before pickup; fees apply.

  • Modifications (e.g., rerouting) are subject to approval and additional charges.

6 - Privacy and Data
  • We collect personal and shipment data as needed for Services, in compliance with [e.g., GDPR, CCPA].

  • You consent to sharing data with carriers, customs authorities, and partners as required.

7 - Intellectual Property
  • Our website, logos, and materials are owned by us. You may not reproduce them without permission.

8 - Dispute Resolution
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of CA, USA, without regard to conflict of laws.

  • Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Fresno, CA under AAA rules, or in courts of Fresno County if arbitration is unenforceable.

  • You waive class action rights.

9 - Termination
  • We may terminate Services for breach (e.g., non-payment) with notice. Upon termination, outstanding payments are due immediately.

10 - Miscellaneous
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control.

  • Amendments: We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. Changes will be posted on our website.

  • Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
