10'x10' "HALF" booth

If you are sharing a 10' x 10' booth, you will have access to the same equipment and furnishings that are included with a standard 10' x 10' booth space. The only difference is that you will share these items and the booth area with another exhibitor.

How you choose to divide or share the space, furnishings, and display areas is entirely up to you and the company you are sharing with.

We try our best to get all carpet color shades and patterns matching exactly,
however, there is no guarantee with multiple lengths of standard carpet sizes.
All colors may not be available after show installation has begun.

Receipt of common freight and crated exhibits at venue (during installation period only) unloaded and delivered to booth at start of show. Minimum charge of $144 for the first 300 LBS. $48 for every subsequent 100 LBS (CWT)

Shipments of common freight and crated exhibits will be received at Expo Event Productions Warehouse and stored up to 30 days prior to set-up date then delivered to booth at start of show. Minimum charge of $162 for the first 300 LBS. $54 for every subsequent 100 LBS (CWT)

Additional Freight Services
All additional freight services are charged on a per hour / per laborer basis
Explanation of Possible Additional Freight Charges

Shipments consigned to the Expo Event Productions Warehouse which arrive after our published advance freight cut off date, or arrive without proper identification or paperwork on file, will be assessed an additional $20 per CWT, charged to the account on file.

For handling of uncrated, padded van, or specialized equipment there is an additional $18 per CWT charged to the account on file.

Any freight received without complete paperwork or information on file will be assessed an additional $12 per CWT charged to the account on file.
